BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott baseball head coach Bryan Haley has announced that he is hosting two developmental skills clinics for all prospective student-athletes in the graduating classes of 2023 and 2024 on Saturday, August 6 and Saturday, August 13.

The clinic will emphasize the development of all baseball fundamentals, as every participant will go through an instructional period and skills showcase early in the day, followed by game competition in the afternoon. 

This is a great opportunity to learn from, meet, and be evaluated by the Endicott College baseball staff.  To maintain a quality event, we will limit participation to 51 players (3 teams of 17 players).


REGISTRATION DETAILS

Enrollment is $200 with the full amount due to reserve a spot.

Registration begins at 8:30 AM on the morning of the event with the skills clinic and games being held from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The clinic will be held at North Field on the campus of Endicott College.

Rain dates for the Bryan Haley Summer Skills Clinics are Sunday, August 7, and Sunday, August 14, respectively.

Over his 15-year career at Endicott, Coach Haley has accumulated a 386-229 (.628) overall record and a 175-67 (.723) mark against a challenging slate of CCC opponents.

This past season was a banner year for the program as the Gulls finished their 2022 campaign ranked No. 12 in the final Collegiate Baseball Newspaper (CBN)/American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and D3baseball.com polls, respectively. The national ranking is the highest in program history.

Endicott also produced a program-record 40 wins (40-10 overall | 14-2 CCC), made its first-ever trip to the NCAA Super Regionals, and captured its eighth conference championship in program history.

For their efforts, the Gulls were named the New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association (NEIBA) Division III Team of the Year.

Endicott's 2022 resume also featured the following achievements:

  • 4 individual Major Awards (CCC Player, Coach, & Scholar-Athlete of the Year | NEIBA Coach of the Year)
  • 1 All-America honor
  • 14 All-Region selections
  • 12 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) All-Conference awards
  • 24 CCC Academic All-Conference honorees (the most of any CCC baseball program)
  • 1 College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District® First Team selection
  • 1 NEIBA All-Star Game representative
  • All Endicott coaches served as the NEIBA Division II/III All-Star Game Coaching Staff 

Prior to 2022, Haley's Gulls became the class of New England in 2013 and 2014 with two straight CCC Championships and trips to the NCAA New England Regional Finals where they were one game away from reaching the College World Series in Appleton, Wisconsin after winning back-to-back ECAC New England titles in 2011 and 2012.

Haley has coached six All-Americans during his tenure including 2014 D3Baseball.com Player of the Year and First Teamer Tad Gold who later signed a minor league contract with the Baltimore Orioles.

Haley, a pitching standout for a Brandeis team that reached the NCAA Division III College World Series, has also mentored five CCC Pitchers of the Year, four Players of the Year, one Defensive Player of the Year, and three Senior Scholar-Athletes of the Year.
