Mission

Endicott Athletic Performance is committed to the integrated, cohesive, and multidisciplinary approach required for the unique athletic development of each Endicott student-athlete. We respect every student-athlete and maintain a student-centered mindset by advocating for their individual needs. Through the implementation of distinct strategies within the pillars of high-performance sport, including Athletic Training/Sports Medicine, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Nutrition, Applied Sport Science & Analytics, and Sport Psychology, Endicott Athletic Performance seeks to achieve competitive excellence. We support our student-athletes' goals through our emphasis on injury risk mitigation, improving athletic performance and skill development in specific disciplines, enhanced recovery, and providing student-athletes with healthy habits, learning opportunities, and tools for lifelong development.

The innovative team of specialized professionals housed within Endicott Athletic Performance embraces and respects interprofessional collaboration and learning. We recognize that the diverse knowledge and experience within our team promotes a culture of open, effective communication and growth through the constant sharing of ideas. Our staff will prioritize evidence-based practice and procedure, and utilize data-driven decisions to assist student-athletes in realizing their full, athletic potential.

About Endicott Athletic Performance

Endicott College Athletic Performance is an interdisciplinary unit employing six full-time Certified Athletic Trainers, two full-time Certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches, and three part-time Strength & Conditioning Coaches who are dedicated to providing comprehensive, quality care and direction to each student-athlete of our 21 NCAA intercollegiate varsity sports and 7 club sport offerings. Our athletic performance staff work in conjunction with team physicians from Sports Medicine North, the Endicott Wellness Center, and other surrounding medical facilities in order to provide the best care for our patients. We partner with external university partners to host interns in Sport Psychology, Sports Nutrition, and Applied Sport Science & Analytics, respectively.
