BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott baseball team is scheduled to begin its 2022 season on Saturday, March 5 at home against Salem State (12/3 PM). Here's a preview of the Gulls' upcoming season.
FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Endicott was picked second in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Preseason Poll.
- Captains for this year's squad will be Matthew McKinley (Hudson, N.H.) and Joseph Millar (Lake Hopatcong, N.J.).
- The Gulls have not missed the postseason since 1996 (no conference affiliation in 1995, first year of program).
- Endicott enters its 2022 campaign with a 286-107 all-time conference record (scheduled to play 15 CCC games, 609-437 overall in program history).
- The Gulls return CCC All-Conference honorees Liam Crovo (Melrose, Mass.), Kyle Grabowski (Westfield, Mass.), Michael Kozlowski (Cheshire, Conn.), Millar, Jake Nardone (Wakefield, Mass.), Rian Schwede (Whitman, Mass.), and Caleb Shpur (East Canaan, Conn.) to the fold in 2022.
