Helenbrook Named CNE Player of the Week

BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's volleyball student-athlete Hadley Helenbrook (Atlanta, Ga.) has been named Conference of New England (CNE) Player of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.

During the week for Endicott, Helenbrook recorded 45 kills (4.09 kills per set), a .240 hitting percentage, had 22 digs (2.00 digs/set), and went 79-93 on serve-receive (.908). Added three assists and a solo block in the 1-2 week. 

On Friday night versus Maine Maritime recorded 22 kills with a .442 hitting percentage, eight digs, and went 25-of-28 in serve-receive (.893). 

Followed that up on Saturday with 12 kills and nine digs in a 3-1 loss to Colby and then 11 kills in a 3-0 loss to No. 13 MIT.

This is Helenbrook's second CNE Player of the Week award this season and in her career.

WHAT'S NEXT

Endicott (4-2) travels to San Antonio, Texas, where they will take on Eastern University and nationally ranked No. 5 Trinity (Tex.) in the Trinity Fall Classic on Friday, September 13 at 12:30 PM and 7:00 PM.
