BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's basketball freshman swing guard Cora Nadeau (Newport, Vt.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday.
Nadeau aided the Gulls to a 2-0 week in CCC play.
On Tuesday against Nichols, she tallied a career-high 30 points on 73.7% shooting (14-19 FG, 2-2 3PT) in Endicott's 98-72 victory. In addition to her career-high point total, she also dished out five assists, secured two rebounds, and blocked a shot against the Bison.
The 30-point performance is the third-highest scoring output by a freshman in Gulls' program history.
This is Nadeau's first career CCC Rookie of the Week award.
