Game 2 The Gulls won the second game of the day versus Regis College, 6-2. The game saw the Gulls improve to 6-0 in conference play as well as gaining their 6th consecutive win.
Nicole Reather took the mound in game \#2 and pitched very well. Reather allowed 2 runs on 3 hits and 0 walks to go along with 4 strikeouts. Reather's record now stands at 5-2.
The Gulls would once again start the scoring in the bottom half of the third inning. Laura Schack started things off with a single to right field, and advanced to second base on an Ashley Labella sacrifice bunt. Jennilee Danielson singled, advancing Schack to third. Megan Huckins followed with a walk to load the bases, only to be unloaded by a 2 RBI double by Megan Young. Elyse Colby hit a sacrifice fly to right, scoring Huckins.
In the 5th inning, Huckins started it off with a single. Young followed with a walk and both runners moved up on a passed ball. Colby then singled, driving home Huckins. Laura Mangini then singled driving home Young. Colby then scored on yet another passed ball. This was the only runs the Gulls would need, making the score 6-0.
Offensively the Gulls were led by Young (1-2, 2 RBI, 1 run scored), Huckins (2-3, 2 runs scored) and Elyse Colby (1-2, 2 RBI, 2 runs scored).
Regis did muster two runs in the top of the 6th inning, but the Endicott defense played tough and pulled out the win. This improves the Gulls record to 10-5 (6-0 CCC). The Gulls will play next on Thursday April 1st versus Pine Manor College.
