O’Brien Earns CCC Goaltender Of The Week Honors

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott men's ice hockey senior Conor O'Brien (Pinellas Park, Fla.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Goaltender of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.

Last week (Feb. 7-13), O'Brien went 3-0-0 in goal for the Gulls behind a 0.67 goals-against average and a .968 save percentage. He started off the week strong with a 3-0 shutout of Suffolk. O'Brien followed that up with back-to-back 20-plus save performances against Western New England and Wentworth. He made 20 stops in a 5-1 win over the Golden Bears and 25 more in a 4-1 victory over the Leopards.

This is O'Brien's sixth CCC Goaltender of the Week award this season (13th career).

No. 15 Endicott (16-5-1, 13-4-1 CCC) travels to No. 11 University of New England tomorrow at 7 PM.
