New London, NH - CCC co-Player of the Week Caitlin D'Amario (East Longmeadow, MA/East Longmeadow) scored two goals to lift the Gulls to a 3-1 win over Colby-Sawyer College. The win extends EC's conference winning streak to 22 consecutive games.
Endicott got on the board first when Erica Hunt (Colchester, VT/Colchester) scored just over a minute and a half into the game. The game would remain 1-0 in favor of the Gulls for the remainder of the first half.
Colby-Sawyer tied the game at 1-1 early in the second half when Jessica Foster found Lesley Bolton who lifted a shot over EC keeper Tina Loguidice (Hyde Park, NY/F.D. Roosevelt).
The Gulls answered back with two goals from D'Amario to put the game away. D'Amario's goals came a little more than a minute apart sealing the victory for Endicott. Loguidice made five saves in the win, the Gulls out shot Colby-Sawyer 36-12.
Endicott improves to 7-1 overall and 5-0 in the CCC, they will next head to Salem State to take on the Vikings Tuesday evening. EC will resume their CCC schedule on Thursday at Eastern Nazarene before returning home Saturday to take on Anna Maria at noon.
