2012 ECAC Division III New England Women's Lacrosse All-Stars Release

CENTERVILLE, Mass. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced today that Endicott seniors Morgan DeShaw (Danville, N.H.) and Leah Neff (South Berwick, Maine) were named to the 2012 ECAC Division III New England Women's Lacrosse Second Team, two of just 24 student-athletes across the region to be recognized for their efforts this past spring.

Both players have added to their long list of accolades following a 2012 campaign that saw Endicott capture their seventh Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship and appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament.  DeShaw and Neff were each awarded CCC Player of the Year for on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball, respectively, and were put on the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Senior All-Star squad.

DeShaw added her third straight IWLCA All-Region selection in mid-May, garnering First Team honors after posting 86 points on 58 goals and 28 assists.  DeShaw wraps up her career with 207 goals, 72 assists and 279 points.  She scored 16 game-winning goals in her stellar four-year career.

Neff, Endicott's starting goalie for most of her time in the Blue and Green, finished with a 44-18 record in the cage with a career 10.16 goals against average, a .463 save percentage, and 532 total saves.
