Six Gulls Honored By IMLCA; Connor Headlines Group With First Team Accolades

IMCLA ALL-REGION TEAMS

BEVERLY, Mass. — Six members of the Endicott men's lacrosse team have received postseason honors from the Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA).

Joe Connor (Barrie, Ontario) highlighted the group with IMLCA All-Region First Team honors. He is the first student-athlete in program history to earn IMLCA All-Region First Team accolades since the association began its awards program in 2016.

Connor played a major role in the Gulls leading the conference in goals against average (GAA), throughout the entire season (9.61) and in conference-only games (6.25, only team under 9.00).

Individually, Connor notched two assists, 52 ground balls, and 25 caused turnovers. He also was responsible for defending most opponents' top goal scorer or best playmaker, routinely holding them to season-lows in all three scoring categories.

Meanwhile, Max Kesicki (Katonah, N.Y.), Domenic Valera (Fitchburg, Mass.), Domenic Russo (Northborough, Mass.), Ethan Cupples (Marshfield, Mass.), and Tim Luciano (Westport, Conn.) all claimed Honorable Mention accolades at their respective positions.
