Spring 2023 CCC Academic All-Conference Teams Announced

CCC RELEASE | ACADEMIC ALL-CONFERENCE LIST

BEVERLY, Mass. — A league-record 144 Endicott College student-athletes were named to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Spring Academic All-Conference Team on Thursday afternoon.

Today's announcement marks the seventh straight season the Gulls have led their conference peers with the most student-athletes recognized to the CCC Spring Academic All-Conference list.

Meanwhile, six Endicott programs ranked first overall in their respective sport for having the most honorees. 

The list of teams included baseball (26), women's basketball (9, tied), men's golf (6, tied), women's ice hockey (19), women's lacrosse (20), and women's track and field (17, tied).

To be eligible for CCC Spring Academic All-Conference consideration, student-athletes must have met the following criteria:

  • Must have attained at least sophomore academic status (at time of competition);
  • Must have maintained an overall GPA of 3.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale

The spring list includes participants from each of the CCC's member institutions who participated in baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's golf, men's and women's ice hockey, men's and women's lacrosse, softball, men's tennis, and men's and women's track and field.

The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), founded in 1984, is an NCAA Division III athletic conference comprised of 10 full-member and one associate-member institutions throughout the New England region. Its membership aims to provide student-athletes with a positive experience in their pursuit of excellence through high academic standards, quality competition, and a meaningful student life. The conference administers championships in 20 intercollegiate sports.
