BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott sophomore Thomas Barker (Needham, Mass.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Specialist of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Barker put together another quality performance at the X last week, going 31-for-46 on faceoff attempts (67.4 percent) and collecting 23 ground balls.
He was 10-for-20 (50.0 percent) on faceoffs against No. 5 nationally ranked Union while gathering up seven ground balls.
Barker followed that up with a 21-for-26 (80.8 percent) showing against Connecticut College in a 12-11 victory. He also had 16 ground balls against the Camels.
This is Barker's second CCC Specialist of the Week award this season and fifth career honor overall.
