DiLorenzo Sinks Conn. College In Overtime, 12-11

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott senior defender Matthew DiLorenzo (Franklin Lakes, N.J.) buried a wide-open tally 14-seconds into overtime to propel the Gulls past Connecticut College, 12-11, on Friday night at Hempstead Stadium.

Thomas Barker (Needham, Mass.) set up the game-winning tally by securing possession on the opening faceoff and dodging several defenders with a gritty individual effort before DiLorenzo sent Hempstead Stadium into a frenzy.

Max Kesicki (Katonah, N.Y.) led the Gulls offensively with a hat trick, his last being a highlight reel sniper that gave Endicott an 11-10 advantage with 4:51 to play (goal in video).

Domenic Valera (Fitchburg, Mass.) and Domenic Russo (Northborough, Mass.) also found the back of the net twice, while Guerin Favreau (Woodstock Valley, Conn.), Nate Cuttitta (Williston, Vt.), Tommy Tyksinski (Guilderland, N.Y.), and Matt Wright (Oregon City, Ore.) all had solo tallies.

In goal, Tim Luciano (Westport, Conn.) made 13 saves to improve to 3-1 on the season.
