No. 19 Bowdoin Doubles Up Men’s Lacrosse, 18-9

BRUNSWICK, Maine — The Endicott men's lacrosse team fell to No. 19 nationally ranked Bowdoin, 18-9, in non-conference action on Wednesday night at Whittier Field.

Domenic Russo (Northborough, Mass.) led the Gulls' attack with three goals and one assist.

Jack Damon (Portsmouth, R.I.) and Max Kesicki (Katonah, N.Y.) also scored twice, while Nick Graap (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) and Nick Pagluiso (Shelton, Conn.) both found the back of the net once in the contest. 

In goal, Tim Luciano (Westport, Conn.) made 14 saves in the loss (3-4).

Bowdoin outscored Endicott 13-3 in the second half to erase the Gulls' 6-5 halftime lead and stay undefeated at home this season (2-0).

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • The Polar Bears earned their 11th win in the all-time series.
  • Luciano has stopped 10 or more shots in six out of seven contests this season.
  • Endicott is 3-0 at home and 0-3 on the road this year (0-1 neutral).

WHAT'S NEXT

Endicott (3-4) hosts Wentworth on Wednesday, March 29 at 7 PM. Bowdoin (4-2) welcomes Wesleyan (Conn.) to its campus this Saturday at 1 PM.
