CANTON, Mass. — The No. 15 Endicott men's ice hockey team lost to No. 5 Curry, 4-2, on Friday night in conference action at the Canton Ice House.
Curry raced out to a 4-0 lead with a pair of tallies in the second (5:24, 11:49) and third (7:14, PP—13:55) to secure its 12th straight win.
James Davenport (Natick, Mass.) and Andrew Kurapov (Corvallis, Ore.) both found the back of the net (14:40, 19:50), but the Gulls' comeback bid fell short.
In goal, Atticus Kelly (St. Paul, Minn.) stopped 18 shots in the setback (10-4-0).
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Curry is 12-1-0 at home this season.
- Endicott dropped to 8-4-1 on the road.
- Kurapov moved into sole possession of third place all-time on the career points leaderboard (50g-65a—115p).
- He is just the third student-athlete in program history to score 50 goals (56 program record).

No. 15 Endicott (15-7-1, 12-3-1 CNE) hosts Johnson & Wales tomorrow at 3 PM. Saturday's contest will serve as Senior Day for the Gulls. No. 5 Curry (20-3-0, 14-2-0 CNE) visits No. 8 UNE tomorrow at 7 PM.
