BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott men's ice hockey goalie Ryan Wilson (Shelton, Conn.) has been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Goalie of the Week, as announced by the league office Monday.
In his lone start during the week, Wilson recorded a 33-save shutout performance in the Gulls' 1-0 road victory over Suffolk. As Endicott led 1-0 entering the third period, the senior stopped 16 shots to preserve the shutout and secure the victory.
The shutout was the first of the season for Wilson as his record improved to 4-2-0 this season.
