Costanzo Garners CNE Rookie of the Week Honors

CNE RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott men's ice hockey forward Jack Costanzo (Gloucester, Mass.) has been named the Conference of New England's (CNE) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Costanzo tied a team-high with three points (2g, 1a) and a plus-3 rating in a 1-0-1 week for No. 15 Endicott against Nichols. On Friday, Costanzo potted his sixth goal of the season in the first period to put the Gulls up 2-1 and then also had an assist on the eventual game-winning goal in the first period. He was a +2 in the contest.

The Gloucester, Mass. native followed up that game with the game-tying goal with 58 seconds remaining in the contest when he chipped a one-handed shot bar down over the shoulder of Nichols' netminder. He also potted a goal in the shootout as well.

This marks Costanzo's second career conference Rookie of the Week award (11/25/24).
