BEVERLY, Mass. — No. 10 Endicott men's ice hockey forward Domenic Garozzo (Sewell, N.J.) has been named the Conference of New England's (CNE) Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
The senior forward led the Blue and Green with a squad-best four goals and one assist for five points during a 3-0-0 (2-0-0 CNE) week. Garozzo tallied the game-winning goal in all three matchups for the Gulls this week.
On Tuesday, the Sewell, N.J. native sniped two goals against Connecticut College in a 3-0 triumph. Against Western New England on Friday Garozzo netted a goal, while on Saturday he had one marker and an assist in the victory in a 6-1 rout.
This marks Garozzo's first career conference Player of the Week honor.
