No. 13 Men’s Ice Hockey Stifles Suffolk, 4-0

BEVERLY, Mass. — The No. 13 nationally ranked Endicott men's ice hockey team defeated Suffolk, 4-0, in conference action on Friday night at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.

Endicott scored at least one goal in every period to breeze to the victory.

Zach Mazur (Lancaster, N.Y.) found the back of the net twice (1st, 9:22 | 3rd, 00:31), while Ryan Willett (Bayville, N.Y.) and Ryan Gaulin (Kingston, N.H.) also buried tallies for the Gulls (1st, 6:49 | 2nd, 7:01).

In goal, Ryan Wilson (Shelton, Conn.) stopped 17 shots to record his second straight shutout.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • The Gulls are 9-2-1 all-time against Suffolk.
  • Endicott has won five games in a row dating back to November 4.
  • Mazur registered his fourth career multi-goal game.
  • The Gulls killed off a five-minute major penalty to withhold Suffolk from scoring a power play goal for the fourth time in five tries this season.
