Bortolotti named TCCC Pitcher of the Week
BEVERLY, Mass. – For the second consecutive week, Endicott College’s \#Jenna Bortolotti\# (Milton, Mass.) has been named The Commonwealth Coast Conference Pitcher of the Week, as announced by TCCC Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye on Monday afternoon. Bortolotti helped guide the Gulls to a 7-1 mark in games played last week including a 5-1 mark against TCCC foes Salve Regina University, Gordon College and Regis College.

\#Jenna Bortolotti\# was a winner each time she stepped into the circle, posting a 6-0 weekly record with a miniscule 0.84 ERA over 33.1 innings of work. Over the course of four starts and two relief outings, Bortolotti allowed just 16 hits and 17 walks, which striking out 28 in 33-plus frames of work. She compiled four complete games and posted one shutout against TCCC rival Regis. In six games, opposing batters hit just .140 against Bortolotti. The junior has now won her last nine decisions and is 9-5 this year with a 2.16 ERA.

Endicott enters a crucial week of conference play this week as the Gulls travel to Curry College for a doubleheader against the Colonels on Tuesday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. The Blue and Green then travel to Springfield, Mass. for a twinbill against the top team in the TCCC, Western New England College, on Thursday afternoon with first pitch scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
