NFHCA 2024 DIVISION III WATCHLIST
MANAHAWKIN, N.J. — The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) proudly recognized 181 members of the 2024 NFHCA Division III Watchlist on Thursday, August 29, and the Endicott College field hockey program saw junior Tori Swanson (Farmington, Conn.) be recognized.
This list is intended to showcase those field hockey student-athletes with the strongest potential for consideration to the current year's NFHCA All-Region and All-American teams. To be nominated for the 2024 NFHCA Watchlist, student-athletes must have been previously recognized for their outstanding field hockey abilities within the past two years (NFHCA All-Region, NFHCA All-American, All-Conference, Senior Nexus Championship selection, NCAA All-Tournament Team, and/or U.S. National or International Team roster).
Swanson played a key role in the Gulls attack during the 2023 season, as she was named Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Co-Offensive Player of the Year and NFHCA Division III Region I First Team. The Farmington, Conn. native scored 21 goals and added five assists for 47 points. Her 1.10 goals per game ranked 15th in NCAA DIII and produced a league-high five winning goals including versus Roger Williams in the CCC Championship game.
Swanson's 2024 is off to a fast start as well scoring a goal against No. 3 Babson in a 4-2 defeat.
