CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — The Endicott men's soccer team knocked off MIT, 1-0, in non-conference action on Tuesday night at Roberts Field.
After a back-and-forth first 25 minutes, Tiago Frazao (Trumbull, Conn.) punched in his fourth goal of the season off of Aidan Sheehan's (Arlington, Mass.) feed on a set corner kick play at the 29 minute mark.
That was all the Gulls needed in the contest, as the defense controlled the game from that point on, limiting the Engineers to just five shots on net in the contest. The second half featured just nine total shots between the two teams (four Endicott, five MIT).
Reigning Conference of New England (CNE) Rookie of the Week Brady O'Toole (Concord, Mass.) made his fourth start of the season in net and collected another five saves in the outing, as he notched his third shutout (second consecutive).
