CNE RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott men's soccer student-athletes Codan Foley (Carver, Mass.) and Brady O'Toole (Concord, Mass.) have been named the Conference of New England's (CNE) Defensive Player and Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.

CODAN FOLEY

In Endicott's 1-1-0 week (1-0 CNE), the senior back was a vital contributor on both ends of the field.

At Colby on Tuesday (1-0 loss), Foley was a part of the back line that kept the Mules off the scoreboard until the 78th minute. He posted one shot in his 68 minutes of action.

On Friday, Foley potted two goals for Endicott in the 5-0 conference victory at Curry, his first two goals scored since October 2021. He attempted four shots (three on net) in the impressive offensive and defensive display, as he also broke up a few Colonels chances from the back line, keeping them off the scoreboard.

This is Foley's first career CNE Defensive Player of the Week award.

BRADY O'TOOLE

Endicott's freshman goalkeeper guided them to a 1-1-0 (1-0 CNE) week with his stellar play in net.

Across the two games, he scooped up 11 saves and boasted a .917 save percentage.

In Tuesday's 1-0 road loss at Colby, he saved a career-high seven shots and held the Mules scoreless through the first 77 minutes of the contest. He conceded his first goal of the season in the 78th minute, but still saved seven of his eight shots on goal faced in the non-conference matchup.

On Friday evening, O'Toole notched his second career shutout, guiding the Gulls to a 5-0 shutout win over Curry. Amidst the shutout effort, he racked up another four saves for the Blue and Green.

This is O'Toole's first career CNE Rookie of the Week award.
