BEVERLY, Mass. – The second-seeded Endicott men's lacrosse team (8-5, 7-1 CCC) is set to host seventh-seeded Curry (5-11, 2-6 CCC) in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Tournament Quarterfinals on Saturday, April 30 at 1 PM. Here's a preview of the playoff matchup.
FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The Gulls hold a 28-2 advantage in the all-time series over the Colonels.
- Endicott beat Curry, 11-6, in their last meeting on 4/20/22 at The Nest.
- The Blue and Green have won three in a row at home while Curry is 1-7 on the road this year.
- Tim Luciano (Westport, Conn.) and Evan Falandys (Leominster, Mass.) are neck and neck in save percentage at 57.5% and 57.0% apiece between the pipes this season.
- As a team in conference-only games, Endicott is positioned atop the conference in caused turnovers (82), ground balls (320), clear percentage (91%), and goals-against average (6.50) while ranking second in goals (117) and assists (77), respectively.

The winner of No. 2 Endicott and No. 7 Curry will advance to the CCC Semifinals against the winner of No. 6 Nichols/No. 3 Salve Regina on Wednesday, May 4 at the highest remaining seed (time TBD).
