BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men's lacrosse team defeated Roger Williams, 13-9, in conference action on Saturday afternoon at Hempstead Stadium.
Trailing 9-8 with 47-seconds to play in the third quarter, the Gulls rattled off five unanswered goals to run away with the victory.
Endicott received tallies from Michael Hauptman (Medfield, Mass.), Max Kesicki (Katonah, N.Y.), Domenic Valera (Fitchburg, Mass.), Craig Claflin (Natick, Mass.), and Sam Abate (Beverly, Mass.) during the offensive outburst.
Overall, Domenic Russo (Northborough, Mass.) paced the Gulls with a hat trick.
Abate, Hauptman, Nick Pagluiso (Shelton, Conn.), and Valera all scored twice, while Claflin and Kesicki finished with one tally, respectively.
In goal, Tim Luciano (Westport, Conn.) stopped three shots to improve to 4-2 on the season.
