Men’s Lacrosse Bests Salve Regina, 15-9

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men's lacrosse team defeated Salve Regina, 15-9, in conference action on Wednesday evening at Hempstead Stadium.

Max Kesicki (Katonah, N.Y.) paced the Gulls with a hat trick, while Michael Hauptman (Medfield, Mass.), Nick Pagluiso (Shelton, Conn.), Craig Claflin (Natick, Mass.), and Jaden Elsinger (Richmond, Vt.) all found the back of the net twice in the win.

Domenic Valera (Fitchburg, Mass.), Guerin Favreau (Woodstock Valley, Conn.), Nate Cuttitta (Williston, Vt.), and Sam Abate (Beverly, Mass.) rounded out the list of scorers with solo tallies.

In goal, Tim Luciano (Westport, Conn.) made a career-high 14 saves to improve to 5-2 on the season.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • Endicott is 27-0 all-time against Salve Regina.
  • The Gulls have won five in a row dating back to March 12.
  • Endicott led 5-1 at the end of the first and only allowed the Seahawks as close as three goals the rest of the way (10:16, 2nd quarter).

Endicott (5-4, 4-0 CCC) travels to conference rival Western New England this Saturday at 4 PM. Salve Regina (6-5, 4-1 CCC) visits Western New England on Tuesday, April 19 at 7 PM.
