BEVERLY, Mass. – The third-seeded Endicott women's basketball team (17-10) is set to visit top-seeded and No. 22 nationally ranked Roger Williams University (24-2) in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship on Saturday, February 26 at 2 PM. Here's a preview of the championship game.

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • The Gulls hold a 22-20 advantage over the Hawks in the all-time series.
  • Roger Williams took both games from Endicott in the regular season (0-2) via a nail-biting loss in Beverly (57-56, 1/9/22) and a setback in Bristol, Rhode Island (67-54, 2/5/22).
  • The Hawks are 12-2 on their home court this season, while Endicott is 9-4 away from The Nest.
  • Endicott enters Saturday's matchup as the No. 6 ranked offense (65.7 PPG) and No. 4 ranked defense (60.0 PPGA) in the league. Meanwhile, Roger Williams is positioned atop the conference in both categories (71.1 PPG | 49.6 PPGA)
  • The Blue and Green enter the title game as the defending CCC Champions (2019-20), while Roger Williams will look to capture its first-ever CCC Championship crown.
