BEVERLY, Mass. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference championship match between Endicott College and Colby-Sawyer College has been moved up to 12:00 p.m. The match, originally scheduled for 1:00 p.m., will determine the TCCC Conference champion for the 2008 season and will be held on the campus of Colby-Sawyer located in New London, N.H.
Endicott was able to beat a feisty Western New England team 7-2 on Thursday in the Conference Semifinals. The Golden Bears were able to beat the higher seeded Salve Regina in the Quarterfinals but the Gulls would prove too much for the sixth-seeded team. Colby-Sawyer moved on to the Conference Championship with a 6-3 win over Roger Williams on Thursday. The only other previous meeting between these two teams came on October 7th when Colby-Sawyer edged out Endicott by a score of 5-4.
