BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott men's volleyball outside hitter Aidan Iacovelli (South Windsor, Conn.) has been named the New England Volleyball Conference (NEVC) Athlete of the Week, as announced by the league office Monday.
Junior Aidan Iacovelli (South Windsor, Conn.) led Endicott to a 3-1 week, averaging 3.40 kills per set (49 total), 1.80 digs per set (.918 serve-receive), and 3.7 points per set.
He had 10 or more kills in all three wins for the Gulls over Emerson (3-1), Marymount (Va., 3-2), and Manhattanville (3-0). His 17 kills against Marymount (Va.) were a season-high.
This is Iacovelli's first Athlete of the Week honor this season, and the second of his career (3/5/24).
