EVERETT, Mass. — The No. 12 nationally ranked Endicott men's ice hockey team defeated Wentworth, 6-2, on Friday night in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) hockey action.
Endicott opened the scoring floodgates in the first period, as Primo Self (Grand Rapids, Mich.) netted a power play goal at the 12:18 mark. Just 20 seconds later, the Gulls scored again, with Ben Jenkinson (Nantucket, Mass.) tallying his first career goal.
At 12:55, Endicott scored its third goal in 37 seconds, as Jackson Sterrett (Hendersonville, Tenn.) found the back of the net for the first time this season.
The Gulls kept the offense flowing in the second period, with goals coming from Cass Bowes (Sturgeon County, Alberta) (6:05, PP) and Connor Beatty (Concord, N.H.) (19:40).
Wentworth was able to break the shutout, as it scored two goals in the third period, but the Blue and Green added one more of its own before the final buzzer sounded, with Michael Casey (Media, Pa.) burying his second of the season.
In net, Ryan Wilson (Shelton, Conn.) earned the win and improved to 2-1 on the season behind his 24 save performance.

- Collin Kleiser (Churchville, Pa.), Kevin Craig (Hyannis, Mass.), Drew Lorinchak (Hamilton, Va.), Cam Speck (Burnt Hills, N.Y.), Ryan Willett (Bayville, N.Y.), Brad Zona (Auburn, Mass.), Andrew Kurapov (Corvallis, Ore.), Zach Mazur (Lancaster, N.Y.), Liam Ovington (Warminster, Pa.), Ryan Gaulin (Stratham, N.H.) and Sterrett each notched assists for Endicott on the night.
- The Gulls improve to 19-3 all-time against the Leopards.
- Jimmy McIsaac (Winninpeg, Manitoba) led all players with a +2 rating on the ice.
- The six different goal-scorers are the most in a single game for the Gulls this season.
