WORCESTER, Mass. — The Endicott field hockey team defeated Worcester State, 4-1, in non-conference action on Thursday night at Coughlin Field.
Meaghan Hogan (Cheshire, Conn.), Lily Farnham (Andover, Mass.), Lindsay Bruns (Belfast, Maine), and Olivia Lampasona (Watertown, Mass.) all scored in the victory.
Hogan and Farnham both buried tallies in the first half (5:54, 19:00), while Bruns and Lampasona found the back of the cage in the second stanza (49:13, 55:40).
In goal, Brianna Anslow (Clifton Park, N.Y.) stopped five shots to improve to 10-2 overall on the season.
Endicott outshot the Lancers 23-8 and held a 7-4 advantage in penalty corners.
