Hogan, Lemay, Dengler Sweep CCC Awards

CCC RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott senior forward Meaghan Hogan (Chesire, Conn.), senior defender Rachael Lemay (Westminster, Mass.), and freshman forward Maddy Dengler (Winchester, Mass.) have been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Offensive Player, Defensive Player, and Rookie of the Week, respectively announced by the league office earlier today.

Hogan had an incredible week for Endicott as the Gulls picked up two massive victories. Hogan started the week off with a solid two-goal, one-assist performance as Endicott defeated Springfield, 8-0. She followed that up with a career day in a CCC victory over Salve Regina. She notched a career-high four goals in the game as the Gulls came away with the 10-0 result. For the week she scored six times and registered one assist for 13 points.

Lemay anchored an Endicott defensive unit that did not allow a goal this week in two contests. Lemay and her defensive teammates started the week by limiting Springfield to just five total shots and only two on-goal. They backed up that performance in a CCC victory over Salve Regina, allowing just six shots and three on-target.

Dengler was a key contributor to Endicott's two huge wins this week. She had multi-goal performances in both contests, starting with two goals and two assists in an 8-0 win over Springfield. She followed that up with her second two-goal game of the week as the Gulls defeated Salve Regina, 10-0, in conference play. For the week, Dengler produced 10 points.

This is the third career honor for Hogan.

This is the first career honor for Lemay.

This is the second career honor for Dengler.
