Field Hockey Blanks Salve Regina, 10-0

BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott field hockey team shut out Salve Regina, 10-0, in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action on Saturday afternoon at North Field, as part of Homecoming & Family Weekend.

Meaghan Hogan (Cheshire, Conn.) led all scorers with a career-high four tallies in the dominating victory.

Maddy Dengler (Winchester, Mass.) and Lily Farnham (Andover, Mass.) also found the back of the net twice, while Kathleen Reissfelder (Westwood, Mass.) and Tori Swanson (Farmington, Conn.) each registered a goal, respectively, to round out the list of scorers for the Gulls.

Meanwhile, in cage, Brianna Anslow (Clifton Park, N.Y.) stopped three shots (7-2) to earn her fourth shutout of the season.

BEYOND THE BOX

  • Endicott leads the all-time series versus Salve Regina, 30-4 (10 straight victories).
  • The last time Endicott scored 10 goals in a game was against Salve Regina on 10/16/2018.
  • Endicott has secured a shutout in its last six games.
