After getting out of a bases loaded, no out jam in the first inning, Jamie Turner earned his 6th victory of the season in a must win game against Roger Williams. The Gulls scored 9 runs, only three of which were earned, to seal the victory and earn a re-match with \#1 Salve Regina on Saturday in Newport. The Gulls must win twice to win the bracket and get to Sunday's championship game against the winner of Eastern Nazarene vs. Nichols. The four teams left in the tournament are the top 4 seeds from the eight team field.

After allowing two looping singles and a walk to load the bases in the top of the first, Turner got out of it with a fly to right too shallow to score the runner and another fly to right on which Pat Vincent threw out the tagging runner at home plate to keep Roger Williams off the board.

Endicott broke the ice with two in the third. With Stephen Vidmosko and Pat Vincent on 2nd and 3rd with two outs, Mike Lucas hit a routine fly ball to center field that was dropped and allowed two runs to score.

Endicott broke it open with six in the 5th to make it 8-0. The inning was fueled by another dropped fly ball in the Roger Williams outfield. The error loaded the bases with one out and EC proceeded to get five consecutive singles from Mike Lucas, Greg Allain, Matt Bishop, Peter Norke and Kevin Donahue.

Turner allowed his only run of the game in the seventh. In all he pitched 7 innings, struck out five, walked four and allowed six hit. Chris Serrano pitch the eighth and Ian Parkinson pitched the ninth.

Endicott improves to 23-19 heading into tomorrow's showdown with Salve Regina.
