Other quarterfinal matchups slated for Saturday include \#2 seed University of New England (14-2, 11-2) hosting \#7 seed Wentworth Institute of Technology (8-10, 7-6) at 1:00 p.m. In addition, \#3 seed Roger Williams University (11-5-2, 9-3-1) will host \#6 seed Western New England College (9-8-1, 7-5-1) at 2:00 p.m., while \#4 seed Gordon College (9-8-1, 8-4-1) will host \#5 seed Salve Regina University (11-7, 8-5) at 1:00 p.m.
Only one tie in the conference standings needed to be resolved using TCCC tiebreaker rules. Wentworth earned the \#7 seed over Nichols by virtue of a victory in the teams’ regular-season match.
Quarterfinal winners will advance to the semifinal round which will be played on Wednesday, November 4 at the sites of the higher seed. Matches are tentatively scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
Semifinal winners will square off for the conference championship on Saturday, November 7 at 1:00 p.m. at the site of the higher seed.
