BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott softball team is scheduled to compete in the NCAA Tournament this week at the MIT Regional from May 18-20. Here's a preview of the tournament.

- The host Engineers are ranked No. 16 nationally in the latest National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Top 25 Coaches Poll
- Endicott has won 17 in a row dating back to its 2-0 home victory against then-No. 25 MIT
- All-time records against other teams in the bracket include Rensselaer (0-0), MIT (2-1), and Simmons (1-0, 5/12/12, ECAC Tournament)
- Rensselaer earned an at-large bid into the tournament after posting a 32-9 record this season
- RPI claimed three Liberty League major awards this week including Pitcher of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Coaching Staff of the Year (full release)
