Women’s Soccer Forges Scoreless Tie With Curry

MILTON, Mass. — The Endicott women's soccer team played Curry to a 0-0 tie in conference action on Wednesday evening at Walter M. Katz Field.

Endicott controlled the majority of play in the contest as the visitors held the advantage in both shots (12-5) and corners (6-2).

The first half featured more of an attacking style of play with both teams combining for 10 shots (6-4, EC). 

Meanwhile, the second stanza belonged to the Gulls as the visitors outshot Curry, 6-1, highlighted by a 3-1 differential in shots on target.

In goal, Jacqueline Ruggiero (Dedham, Mass.) made three saves to register her seventh clean sheet of the season.

WHAT'S NEXT

Endicott (8-3-5, 2-1-4 CCC) hosts Wentworth on Saturday, October 22 at 12 PM. Saturday's contest will serve as Senior Day for the Gulls.

Curry (9-4-2, 4-1-2 CCC) welcomes Salve Regina to its campus this Saturday at 11 AM.
