Women’s Soccer Upends Hartwick, 4-1

ONEONTA, N.Y. — The Endicott women's soccer team defeated Hartwick, 4-1, in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon Elmore Field.

Grace Jewett (Millis, Mass.) buried a pair of goals ('4, '23) to fuel the Gulls' offense.

Endicott also received tallies from Eliza Walker (Marshfield, Mass.) and Gabrielle Klindtworth (Guilderland, N.Y.) in the 41st and 61st minutes, respectively.

In goal, Jacqueline Ruggiero (Dedham, Mass.) notched one save in the first half to pick up the win (3-1-0).

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • Endicott is 2-0-0 all-time against Hartwick.
  • Today's contest was the first meeting between the two programs since 9/2/2006.
  • Jewett notched her first career multi-goal game in today's win.
  • Ella Morgan (Salem, Mass.) recorded her first career assist on Walker's tally.
