BEVERLY, MA - Sophomore catcher Meghan Sargent (Salisbury, MA/Triton Regional) was named the Commonwealth Coast Conference Co-Player of the Week on Monday.

Sargent led the Gulls to a 4-2 week as she hit an impressive .688 (9-for-11) with three home runs, nine runs scored, and 13 runs batted in. She recorded 20 total bases, slugging 1.250 for the week. EC picked up four conference wins, sweeping double-headers against Regis and the University of New England.

The Gulls head to Henniker, NH on Wednesday April 4 for a double header against the New England College Pilgrims before returning home for yet another CCC double-header against Anna Maria College Tuesday April 10 with game one set for 3:30 pm.
