ENDICOTT MEN'S SOCCER ALL-REGION HISTORY
BEVERLY, Mass. — Two Endicott men's soccer student-athletes were named to the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III All-New England Region teams. Conner Couchot (Mason, Ohio) was selected for the Second Team, while Evan Couchot (Mason, Ohio) was named to the Third Team.
Conner Couchot adds All-Region Second Team honors to several other 2017 season accolades such as Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Defensive Player of the Year and an All-CCC First Team selection. He registered one goal and three assists for five points in 19 games played while being a key member of a defense that recorded eight shutouts and allowed only 15 goals in 21 games.
Evan Couchot tallied 11 goals and four assists for 26 points throughout the 2017 season to lead the team in both goals and points. Five of his goals were game-winners and he was also named to the All-CCC First Team and CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team for his efforts.
Endicott (13-5-3, 6-1-2) finished the 2017 season as regular season champion and also earned it's first ever CCC championship title. The Gulls went on to make their first NCAA tournament appearance as well.
