BRISTOL, R.I. – The Endicott men's soccer team traveled to Roger Williams on Saturday afternoon and came away with a 4-0 conference victory.
The Gulls tallied a quick goal from Evan Couchot (Mason, Ohio) at the 1:01 mark to take the early 1-0 lead and never looked back.
At 28:03 Robert Hartan (Hebron, Conn.) scored his first goal of the season on a pass from E. Couchot.
Rounding out the scoring in the first half was Jamie Becker (Fairfield, Conn.). He drilled a shot into the left hand corner of the net off of an inbound pass from Tyler Johnson (Carver, Mass.).
E. Couchot added his second goal of the game on a long shot from 35 yards out to increase Endicott's lead to 4-0.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Brandon Rosenbaum (Locust Valley, N.Y.) and Will Manuel (Mount Pleasant, S.C.) split time in net for the Gulls.
- Endicott outshot the Hawks, 20-7.
- Bobby Ivatts (Walpole, Mass.) and Jesse Martinez (Walpole, Mass.) also tallied assists during the victory.
- Becker paced the Endicott offense with five shots.
FOR THE FOES
- Roger Williams goalie, Edmund Geschickter (Brookline, Mass.) recorded four saves during the contest.
- The Hawks were led offensively by Michael Oliveira (Waterville, Maine) and Colby Decker (Colchester, Conn.), who registered two shots each.

Endicott (5-1-1; 2-0-0) hosts WPI for a 7 p.m. nonconference matchup on Tuesday, September 26. Roger Williams (5-2-2; 1-1-0) welcomes Johnson & Wales (R.I.) on Sunday, September 24 at 1 p.m.
