Field hockey to honor seven seniors Tuesday
Beverly, Mass. - On Tuesday afternoon, the Endicott field hockey team will celebrate senior day by recognizing seven members of the Class of 2011 who are playing in their final home game of the 2010 regular season.  The Gulls (10-7) take on Wellesley College (5-9) at 4:00 pm at the North Athletic Field.  Follow all the action with Live Stats or Live Video.

\\#Lindsey Mills\# (Arlington, Mass.) - Lindsey is one of the most consistent and dedicated players to come through the Endicott field hockey program. Lindsey truly bleeds Blue and Green. She has been a tremendous leader, both on and off the field, as a two-year captain. She has made an awesome contribution both offensively and defensively over the past four years, recording 18 career goals and 13 assists to-date. Lindsey constantly supports her teammates with positivity and enthusiasm.

\#Delia McDermott\# (Shaker Heights, Ohio) - Delia has been a four year standout on the Gulls defense having started all but one game in her collegiate career. Although there is no statistical category to measure the impact that Delia has made, there is not a game that goes by that she is not noticed. She is a patient and steady defender who has been the backbone of the defensive unit for four seasons. Her leadership, enthusiasm, and consistent effort has made her a role model within the program.

\#Joanne Reid\# (Clarksville, Md.) - Over the past four years, Jo has been a dominate force within the TCCC. While her skills speak for themselves, she has extraordinary field vision and a competitive edge that makes her a tremendous threat to opponents. She made an immediate impact as a freshman and has continued to grow as a person and a player throughout her four years. Jo will leave as one of the most decorated players in program history, earning numerous Conference and Regional Awards in her career while tallying 36 goals and 20 assists.

\#Cara Hanrahan\# (Franklin, Tenn.) - Cara is a four year defensive contributor with great timing, stick skills, and field vision. She impacts the game from end line to end line with the ability to generate offense within the corner unit, as well as provide defensive support on our left side. Cara has a mental toughness that has earned her great respect from her teammates.

\#Allison Forgues\# (Auburn, Maine) - Allie is one of the most versatile players on the roster having played every position on the field except for goalie. Although she only competed in three seasons for the Blue and Green her emotional and physical impact was immediate. She is always willing to do what her team needs of her. Whether it be providing a spark on offense or taking on the toughest marking assignment, she accepts each challenge head on. She is a constant motivator and a great leader.

\#Erin McGurgan\# (Southington, Conn.) - Erin’s work ethic is exemplary. She is a four-year player who has had a crucial utility role on defense and in the midfield.  She can be counted on to always give 110% at any position on the field. She has earned great respect from her coaches and teammates through her team-first attitude and leadership abilities.

\#Caitlin Keating\# (York, Maine) - Having returned to the line-up after sitting a year due to injury, Caitlin has had a great presence on defense and in the midfield this season. She is a standout player whose actions speak louder than her words. She has great timing and tenacious defense. She always steps up in clutch situations and provides a positive energy that is contagious.
