2023 Women's Lacrosse Season Preview

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's lacrosse team begins its 2023 season at home versus Coast Guard on Wednesday, March 1 at 5 PM. Here's a preview of the upcoming season. 

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW 

  • The Gulls were picked second in the CCC Preseason Coaches' Poll. 
  • Endicott has advanced to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) championship game each of the last six seasons, three of which they have won (2017, 2018, 2019). In total, the Blue and Green have captured 12 total titles in program history (most in league history). 
  • Endicott and Roger Williams have clashed in the CCC championship game for six straight seasons (3-3). 
  • The Gulls return all-conference student-athletes Lydia Akins (Edina, Minn.), Katy Garvin (Mansfield, Mass.), Kiana Napolitano (Revere, Mass.), Carly Pierce (Exeter, N.H.), Katie Schenk (Southbury, Conn.), Sophie Spaulding (Scituate, Mass.), and Katie Wagner (Brewster, N.Y.)
  • Alex Palermo (Reading, Mass.), Garvin, and Schenk have been named team captains for the upcoming campaign.
