BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's ice hockey goalie Lauren Ferrari (Bridgewater, N.J.) has been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Goalie of the Week, as announced by the league office Monday.
On Friday night against UNE (4-0), Ferrari stopped 18 shots, for her fourth career shutout.
The freshman made eight saves in the first period as the Gulls went up 2-0 early. Then in the third period while leading 3-0, Ferrari made eight more saves to keep the Nor'Easters off the scoreboard and secure the road victory
This is Ferrari's third career Goalie of the Week honors (12/2/24 and 1/27/25).
WHAT'S NEXT
No. 12 Endicott (20-4-1, 15-2-1 CNE) enters the CNE tournament as the No. 1 overall seed and will play on Saturday, March 1, at 3 PM against the winner between Western New England and Suffolk.
