BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's ice hockey team defeated Nichols, 4-0, in Conference of New England (CNE) action on Saturday afternoon at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.
Jo Wimler (Portland, Conn.) got the scoring started in the first period with a top-shelf finish off a feed from Rivers Morris (Braintree, Mass.) at the 11:04 mark. Morris doubled the Gulls three minutes later off a pass from Lilly Corso (Winchester, Mass.) as Endicott led 2-0 going to the second period.
Teaghan Hall (West Springfield, Mass.) potted the next two for the dominant 4-0 home victory.
In the second period, the junior picked up a loose puck straight-on and sniped a spinning wrist shot into the top left corner. Hall's second goal came off a rebound in the third period to punctuate the victory.
In her season debut, Celia Dahl (Orono, Minn.) recorded 15 saves.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Endicott leads the all-time series 20-3-1.
- The Gulls are 3-0-0 at home this season.
- Second career shutout for Dahl.

Endicott (5-2-0, 4-2-0 CNE) heads to Plattsburgh, N.Y. for the Cardinal/Panther Classic and will face No. 3 Middlebury on Saturday, November 30 at 6 PM. Nichols (3-4-0, 1-3-0 CNE) hosts MCLA on Tuesday, November 26 at 3:40 PM.
