Keith Scores OT Game-Winner, No. 13 Gulls Edge Suffolk 2-1

EAST BOSTON, Mass. — Kat Keith (Westwood, Mass.) buried a wrap-around goal at the 2:50 mark of overtime to push the No. 13 Endicott women's ice hockey team past Suffolk, 2-1, on Friday night at the Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.

Trailing 1-0 in the third, Catherine Miles (Northfield, Vt.) found the equalizer 5:14 into the period off feeds from Emmerson Hayes (Los Angeles, Calif.) and Kaylee Liberty (Arlington Heights, Ill.).

Endicott and Suffolk combined for 16 shots on goal (EC: 9 | SUF: 7) the rest of the way, but both netminders answered the respective challenge, forcing overtime.

From there, Keith finished off a second chance opportunity initiated by Samantha Fantasia (Billerica, Mass.) for her fifth career game-winner.

Michaela O'Brien (Pembroke, Mass.) turned away a season-high-tying 35 shots in the victory (3-1-0).
