SYNAPSE SPORTS FIELD HOCKEY ALL-AMERICAN LIST
BEVERLY, Mass.- Endicott field hockey student-athlete Taylor Farrin (Danvers, Mass.) was named to the Synapse Sports Division III All-American Rookie Team, as announced by Synapse Sports on Monday, Dec. 4.
Farrin started in all 21 games for the Gulls throughout the 2017 season and finished with an overall record of 16-4 with four shutouts. She ended the season with a save percentage of .823 and a goals-against average of 1.30.
The freshman goaltender earned several other post-season honors including Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Year, All-CCC First Team, and Longstreth/NFHCA Division New England East All-Region Second Team.
Endicott finished the 2017 season with an overall record of 17-4 and 11-1 in CCC play. The Gulls made it to the CCC Championship game where they were handed a close 2-1 loss by the University of New England.
