WENHAM, Mass. – The Endicott field hockey team defeated Gordon, 6-0, on Tuesday afternoon. The Gulls were led offensively by Jaylin Grabau (Lynnfield, Mass.) who recorded a hat-trick.
Madi Wood (Bristol, Vt.) gave the Gulls the 1-0 lead at the 25:19 mark. Six minutes later, Julie Champigny (Acton, Mass.) made it a 2-0 game on a penalty stoke.
Grabau netted her first of the game at 32:45 with help from M. Wood.
Emylee Wood (Kensington, N.H.) extended the lead to 4-0 four minutes into the second half.
Grabau tallied the final two goals of the game to complete her hat-trick and secure the 6-0 victory.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Taylor Farrin (Danvers, Mass.) improved to 10-2 on the season and recorded three saves during the win.
- The Gulls outshot the Fighting Scots 19-3.
- Grabau, E. Wood, and M. Wood paced the offense with four shots each.
- Endicott received votes in this weeks Penn Monto/NFHCA Division III Coaches Poll.
FOR THE FOES
- Julia Altman (Hopkinton, Mass.) shifted to 2-6 overall and made eight saves in the loss.

Endicott (10-2, 6-0 CCC) hosts Cabrini for a 1 p.m. nonconference matchup on Saturday, October 7. Gordon (2-6, 1-5 CCC) faces Salve Regina on Saturday, October 7 at 12 p.m.
