BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott freshman Riley Rischitelli (North Brookfield, Mass.) received Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Track Rookie of the Week honors earlier today, as announced by the league office.
Last Saturday, Rischitelli had three top-three finishes at the CCC Spring Invitational as Endicott placed first in the team competition.
Rischitelli placed first in the 400m dash with a time of 1:02.38, missing the Endicott school record by less than a second.
She also came in third in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:15.81 and ran a leg part on the Gulls' 4x100m relay "B" team that finished second in the event with a time of 53.53.
This is Rischitelli's first career weekly award.
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott will compete in the Saint Joseph's (Me.) Invitational on Saturday, April 16.
