BRISTOL, R.I. — The Endicott men's tennis team fell to Roger Williams University (RWU), 6-3, on Saturday afternoon in conference action at the RWU Tennis Courts.
In doubles play, the pairing of Janith Madhok (New Delhi, India) and Collin Dinardo (Westport, Mass.) won a hard-fought match at the No. 2 spot, 8-7, to avoid the sweep.
The Gulls also saw Daniel Rinkert (Ben Lomond, Calif.) pull out a gritty victory at No. 3 singles (4-6, 6-0, 7-6 (8-6), while Dinardo rounded out the list of highlights with a 7-6 (7-5), 6-4 triumph at the final singles spot.

"Our focus throughout the match was an improvement from a week ago," said Endicott men's tennis head coach Anthony D'Angelo. "At times, it was a bit tougher to execute some of our offensive plays and we let a few opportunities get away. Regardless, I'm proud of our guys, and we will enjoy a nice day off tomorrow"
